CrossFit Assateague

This is the best Crossfit Gym in the area by far. They have a great space with solid, name brand equipment. Both the coaches and other members are wonderful - motivating, friendly and welcoming. They have several options for classes whether you're a morning or night workout person and they also offer an open gym option, which is huge because most gyms do not allow that. If you are in the area or looking for a new gym, I highly reccommend Crossfit Assateague!

CrossFit is not just for the young athletes … it’s for us old folks who are young at heart!! I will be 74 in 2 months and CrossFit keeps me moving and strong, physically and mentally. The coaches and members are encouraging and help a person scale as necessary. Please, anyone on the fence, come and join us!!

I can't say enough good things about CrossFit Assateague! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed by a supportive and motivating community. The coaches are incredibly knowledgeable and take the time to ensure each workout is tailored to your skill level. Whether you’re a beginner or seasoned athlete, the atmosphere is always positive, and there’s a real focus on form and safety.
The facilities are clean, well-maintained, and have everything you need for a great workout. The variety of classes and the way they push you to challenge yourself while still keeping things fun and engaging make every session something to look forward to.
What I love most is how much CrossFit Assateague fosters a sense of community – everyone is so encouraging, and it truly feels like a family. If you're looking to get fit, learn new skills, and be part of an amazing group, this is the place to be!
