From the team behind Red Red Wine Bar, Brian and Lisa Bolter have created a modern industrial nod to that Prohibition history. DRY 85 is a back alley garage. A roughhewn space. A 21st century embrace of that outlaw culture created once congress did the unthinkable. Making the simple joy of drinking well … illegal. If the 18th Amendment was still the law of the land today, DRY 85 is where you would sneak a bourbon, beer or gourmet comfort food meal.

If you're looking for great drinks, look no further! The cocktail and drink menu is extensive. We had the Old Fashioned and Key Lime Sour. I enjoy this spot for after dinner drinks. They do have a good food menu as well. Staff was friendly! Bartenders are top notch!

Had a great time. Wait staff was very attentive and helpful. We had a few questions about the different bourbons on their list. Dinner was delicious.

Whiskey options are great but prices will vary especially for allocated and hard to find bottles. The Cocktails are great. Charcuterie options are tasty and recommended building your own. Other food items look good as well . Definitely recommend a few trips to try it all. Also you don't talk about speak easy!
